Image Overlays

Hi,
Just starting with Observatory, and I love it!
A couple of quick questions...
1. There is an overlay for Planetary Nebulae, but what about other types?
2. How do I export an image WITH the overlays I applied? It works if I export as PDF, but the other formats only export the image, without the overlays.

The Messier and NGC/IC overlays contain many other types.

You can export the images with the overlays as PDF, but indeed cannot directly export them as images. As a workaround to this limitation, instead of "Export as PDF", choose "Print". Then in that dialogbox select "Open in Preview". This opens the PDF in Preview. Crop the image if needed, and then select "Export" and for example JPEG as export format.
